The documents of boilers licenses are studied by EOS according to the Ministerial Decree no.348/1977.

In case of fulfilling these documents as required, the applying organization will be granted a certificate in this respect to

present it to the concerned licensing body.

The required documents for licensing the new boilers are only according to the Ministerial Decree no.348 dated

30-04-1977 .

The local boilers: 

The organization should submit the origins of the following certificates indicating the boiler no. & its capacity:

 1-A valid guarantee certificate opponent to the production defaults.

 2-A validity certificate. 

 3-A testing certificate noted with the number of the standard according to which  tests have been carried out

(welding- hydrochloric pressure).

 4-Abiding by executing the producing company instructions in respect of installment, operation and maintenance.

 5-A valid copy of the industrial register of boilers producing company.

Imported boilers:

The organization should submit the origins of the following documented certificates indicating the boiler no. & its capacity:

 1-A valid guarantee certificate opponent to the industry manufacturing defaults.

 2- A valid usage certificate noted with the ES number through which tests have been conducted according to it out.

3-A testing certificate noted with the ES number through which tests have been conducted according to it out

(welding- hydrochloric pressure). 

 4-Abiding by the producing company instructions in respect of installement, operation and maintenance.

 5-Copies of boiler customs release.

Note:

The fees for studying the required documents for licensing one boiler and issuing the relevant certificate is L.E.500 only.
