Project Scope:

*reviewing and harmonizing Egyptian situation of technical legislation of priority for the industrial sector with international

corresponding standards and legislation so as to facilitate commercial exchange.

* Strengthening and developing the role of EOS in the field of conformity assessment for industrial products by raising the

echnical efficiency of the General Department of Quality to work in accordance with the requirements of the International

Standard (ISO 17065) for the accreditation of the conformity certification bodies.

* Strengthening EOS for preparing the Egyptian delegation  for the negotiations on the signing of ACAA agreement.
